Kerry McCormick

KKerry McCormick Personal Training Carleton Placeerry is a health, fitness, and community wellness professional with over a decade of experience. She specializes in a holistic, results-focused approach that integrates movement, mindset, nutrition, and lifestyle for sustainable change.

Her journey began with yoga and strength training as a teenager, leading to formal studies in health, wellness, and fitness, as well as sports conditioning and international vinyasa yoga certifications. She is also a Precision Nutrition certified coach and holds a graduate certificate with honours in Community and Social Services Management.

Kerry has worked with youth, athletes, seniors, law enforcement and diverse community groups, leading programs in gyms, yoga studios, community centres, retirement homes, and collaborative care settings. She has been featured on CBC News and has facilitated international women’s wellness workshops.

Committed to community impact, she has volunteered extensively in Canada and Mexico in areas such as animal welfare, food security, and health-focused fundraising events.
