From yoga to cardio, spin, and strength classes, we have created a group class schedule that offers something for everyone. If you think group classes aren’t for you, try a class. You might be surprised!
Our group fitness studios are designed to accommodate and enhance the diverse range of workouts conducted within each dedicated space:
We think of our CoreFit space as a playroom. Members are welcome to use the battle ropes, boxing bag, TRX cables, and other pieces of equipment we provide to keep your fitness options open. We also host many of our group classes in this space.
Our yoga studio is a calming space that encourages tranquillity. Purpose-built for our yoga classes, the spacious studio provides ample room for movement. This is a quiet space that cultivates mindfulness and introspection.
This high-energy environment is powered by upbeat music, encouraging instuctors, and the comradery of the group. Elements in our spin classes include endurance rides, interval training, hill climbs, and themed sessions.
We also have a lounge where members can enjoy quiet time to themselves or connect with other members. It’s a cozy space to enjoy the warmth of the fire and a cup of tea (available Monday through Friday).
All classes on our group fitness schedule are included in your fitness centre membership. Drop-ins are always welcome. View our membership and drop-in rates.

Please arrive at class with a few minutes to spare. To minimize disruptions, once the studio doors are closed, no one is allowed entry.
Heart Wise Exercise
We are fortunate to be one of the few gyms in the area to be awarded a Heart Wise Exercise partnership with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. This means that our group classes are safe for individuals living with chronic health conditions.
