Established in 2013, our scholarship fund extends financial assistance to local students enrolled in a post-secondary program. This program awards successful applicants a $1000 scholarship towards the cost of their education. To date, $34,000 in scholarships have been presented to local students.

“Just as our community has invested in us, we are committed to investing in the next generation,” remarks Heritage Community Fitness owner Kevin Price. “Each year, the scholarship program reminds us of the incredible talent within our region. It’s a privilege to support these promising students as they embark on their post-secondary journeys, and we look forward to the contributions they will make to our community and beyond.”

Our scholarship program is open to students graduating from our community high schools: Almonte District High School, Carleton Place High School, and Notre Dame Catholic High School. A $1000 scholarship will be awarded to one student from each of the three schools. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must:

• submit the scholarship application along with completed essay questions
• graduate from high school in the year of the scholarship application
• be enrolled in a post-secondary education program in any area of study beginning in September of the application year

Students do not need to be a member of our fitness centre to apply.

Applications are available now through the guidance department at each of the schools and online.

The deadline for applications is May 9, 2025.
