Functional Fitness

Pelvic Floor Wellness Workshop
Join Lindsay Abercrombie and Nicole Andersen-Fair for a 60-minute informative and empowering pelvic floor wellness workshop designed to help you understand and strengthen this essential part of your body. The workshop takes place on Saturday, February 22 at 11:30am. Learn more.

Shoulders, Scap, and Spine Clinic
This 90-minute workshop led by personal trainer Rick Boisvert introduces participants to methods for exploring, expanding, and enhancing the dynamic, multi-dimensional capacity of the upper body. The session takes place on Saturday, March 29 at 10:30am. Learn more.

Golf Workshop Series: Elevate Your Game
Join personal trainer Kerry McCormick for a four-week series designed for golfers of all skill levels looking to enhance their performance on the course. The program starts on Monday, February 24. Learn more.

Falls Prevention
Led by Nicole, the six-week Falls Prevention program empowers older adults with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent falls and improve balance, strength, and overall mobility. The program runs through February 27. Drop-ins are welcome.  Learn more.

Strength and Cardio

Power Hour Pop-up
Our Power Hour classes fill up fast, so we’re offering three Power Hour pop-up classes: February 3, 10, and 24 at 4:45pm. This circuit-style class incorporates a variety of activities focused on building strength, agility, and overall conditioning. Using battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, slam balls, the “tank” sled, box jumps, and more, this class will push you, but the comradery – and your own determination – will get you through. Pop-ups are included in your membership.

Learn to Spin 
Join Carrie for a 30-minute Learn to Spin class. Ease into the world of spinning and lower the intimidation factor of the spin bikes. You’ll learn everything you need to know about proper bike setup, positions, and lingo. Our next session takes place on Thursday, February 13 at 6:00pm.

Next Level Pop-up
Join Heather on Sunday, February 23 at 11:30am for a Next Level pop-up spin class. Power up your Sunday with this high-intensity class that will have you climbing hills, sprinting, and pushing your limits in an electrifying ride. Pop-ups are included in your membership.

Yoga

Aerial Yoga Workshops
Stefanie leads two upcoming aerial yoga workshops: Sunday, March 2 at 11:30am and Friday, March 21. Learn more.

Youth

EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.

 

Pop-up classes are included in every membership. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in rate. Members receive a 10% discount on all workshops and programs.
