Aerial Yoga: Flying Fitness
Are you ready for your next aerial yoga challenge? Elevate your practice with Flying Fitness, an athletic workshop designed for experienced aerial yoga students looking to build functional power and explore aerial fitness on an intermediate level. Post-secondary Student Summer Memberships
Post-secondary student summer memberships are available to students returning to the area at the conclusion of the 2025/2026 school year. The membership includes access to our fitness centre, complete schedule of group fitness classes, and our outdoor pickleball courts (open seasonally). Students receive access through September 7, 2026 and again during the autumn 2026 reading week. The cost of the membership is $300 (includes HST). Memberships can be purchased in person. No prior membership is required to take advantage of this offer.

Learn to Play Pickleball
Redeana and Chad lead a two-hour Learn to Play Pickleball pop-up session on Saturday, May 16. Learn more.

Tai Chi & Qigong Fundamentals
Rick’s 60-minute Tai Chi & Qigong Fundamentals pop-up class on Friday, June 5 at 9:00 a.m. explores the fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong. Pop-up classes are included in all our memberships. Learn more.

Private Aerial Yoga
Private aerial yoga workshops are offered by Stefanie Campbell for groups of up to 12 people. Contact us to learn more.

EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.
