EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.

The Works: Next Level Pop-up Class

Learn to Spin
Join Carrie for a 30-minute Learn to Spin class. Ease into the world of spinning and lower the intimidation factor of the spin bikes. You’ll learn everything you need to know about proper bike setup, positions, and lingo. Our next session takes place on Thursday, February 13 at 6:00pm.
Workshops
Squat Clinic
Many issues with feet, knees, and lower back can be attributed to tight tissues, poor mobility, and/or poor squat mechanics. Led by personal trainer Rick Boisvert, this 90-minute workshop is designed to unlock better movement and improve your squat technique, no matter your current capacity. Kerry McCormick leads Fit Club for Girls, an eight-week program designed for girls ages 9 to 12. The program starts on January 16. Learn more.
Falls Prevention
Led by kinesiologist Nicole Andersen-Fair, our six-week Falls Prevention program empowers older adults with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent falls and improve balance, strength, and overall mobility. The program starts on January 23. Learn more.
Baby Bootcamp: Strength Training for Moms
