Pop-Ups
Learn to Spin (pop-up)
Join Carrie on Saturday, April 11 at 9:30 a.m. for a 30-minute Learn to Spin class. You’ll learn everything you need to know about proper bike setup, positions, and lingo. Pop-up classes are offered to members at no extra charge. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in rate of $17.50. Register using our mobile app, online, or at our front desk. This is the final Learn to Spin session of the season!
Workshops
Qigong Basics
Qigong is a traditional Chinese health system combining slow, gentle movements, focused breathing, and meditation to cultivate and balance “ Qi” (vital life energy). This 60-minute class led by Rick Boisvert will guide you through some basic Qigong movements, how to incorporate breathing, and a short introduction to standing meditation at the end. Qigong is low-impact and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, either standing or sitting. The class takes place on Friday, April 3 at 10:30 a.m. Learn more and register online.
Private Aerial Yoga
Private aerial yoga workshops are offered by Stefanie Campbell for groups of up to 12 people. Contact us to learn more.
EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.
