KCarleton Place Personal Trainer Kerry McCormickerry is a health professional with over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and health coach. She completed the Health, Wellness and Fitness program at Mohawk College, is a certified Twist Sport Conditioning coach, and an international Vinyasa yoga instructor. Her education and experience have given Kerry the opportunity to work with all walks of life. Her approach to healthy living is holistic; encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual elements.

Training sessions with Kerry incorporate a multitude of elements in building and maintaining good health. This includes mindful movement, nutrition, stress management, the role of rest and sleep, pain management, posture, and mobility. Taking the time to understand her clients’ needs, she provides the education people need to make sustainable changes to their daily habits. Kerry offers one-on-one and semi-private training, group fitness classes, and youth empowerment programs.
