We’re hosting Buddy Day on Saturday, June 6, in recognition of National Health and Fitness Day. Members are invited to bring in a guest for a workout. No guest pass or day pass required. Please drop by the front desk to sign in when you arrive.

Summer Solstice: 108 Sun Salutations Fundraiser with Cara LaRochelle
Join us as we move through 108 Sun Salutations, a meaningful practice that symbolizes renewal, reflection, strength, and intention-setting as we welcome the new season. Tai Chi & Qigong Fundamentals with Rick Boisvert
Rick’s 60-minute Tai Chi & Qigong Fundamentals pop-up class on Friday, July 3 at 9:00 a.m. explores the fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong. Pop-up classes are included in all our memberships. Learn more.

Breathwork with Bobbi McDougall
Breathwork is a simple but powerful way to support your nervous system and reconnect with your body. You’ll be introduced to gentle breathing patterns designed to help release tension, settle the mind, and invite the body towards a more present state. Aerial Yoga: Slow Flow + Fly with Bobbi McDougall
Slow Flow + Fly blends grounded, yoga + somatic movement with aerial work using the hammocks. Expect steady flow, time to linger with curiosity in shapes, while Bobbi intentionally encourages unstructured play throughout, something that is truly missing in most adults’ lives. EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.
