Our schedule of pop-up classes, specialty programs, and workshops offers opportunities to learn, grow, and try something new in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Strength and Cardio

Introduction to Pilates (pop-up)
Designed for newcomers to pilates who want to learn the foundational movements, Stefanie’s Introduction to Pilates pop-up session highlights key principles of the practice in a welcoming, unhurried setting. The one-hour class takes place on Thursday, February 26 at 7:30 p.m. Pop-up classes are offered to members at no extra cost. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in rate of $17.50. Register in advance at our front desk, by phone, through our mobile app, or online.

Hips & Glutes Workshop
Rick Boisvert leads his Hips & Glutes workshop on Monday, February 16 (Family Day) at 11:00 a.m. This 90-minute workshop focuses on improving the mobility, stability, and strength of hips and glutes. Learn more.

Learn to Spin (pop-up)
Join Carrie on Saturday, February 21 at 9:30 a.m. for a 30-minute Learn to Spin class. You’ll learn everything you need to know about proper bike setup, positions, and lingo. Pop-up classes are offered to members at no extra charge. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in fee of $17.50. Register using our mobile app, online, or at our front desk.

Yoga

Aerial Yoga
Stefanie leads two separate Aerial Yoga workshops in February: February 13 at 7:00 p.m. (hatha) and February 20 at 7:00 p.m. (restorative).  Learn more.

Youth Programs

Fit Club for Girls
Our eight-week Fit Club for Girls program returns starting January 22 at 6:30 p.m. Designed for ages 9 to 12 and led by Kerry McCormick, this interactive program combines games and active play with conversations about general health, nutrition, mind/body awareness, and body image. Learn more.

EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.
