Functional Fitness

Shoulders & Spine Workshop
Led by Rick Boisvert, our one-hour Shoulders & Spine Workshop focuses on mobility and flexibility exercises to improve range of motion and decrease discomfort. The session takes place on Thursday, October 23. Learn more.

Pop-Up: Choreo Cycle
Lil leads Choreo Cycle, a pop-up spin class, on Thursday, October 16 at 6:00pm. This session is more than just cycling; take your indoor ride to the next level by integrating upper-body and core choreography for a full-body workout. Next Level Pop-up
Join Chris Grosset for his Halloween-themed Next Level Pop-up class on Sunday, October 26 at 11:30am. You won’t want to miss this spooktacular high-energy session. Pop-up classes are offered to members at no extra charge. Guests are welcome to join us for the drop-in fee of $17.50.

Aerial Yoga
Stefanie Campbell leads two separate aerial yoga workshops this autumn: October 23 at 7:15pm (hatha) and October 30 at 7:15pm (restorative). Learn more.

Youth Programs

EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER workshops were created for girls ages 9 to 12 to provide valuable tools for developing social skills, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being. Youth-oriented groups such as Girl Guides, sports teams, after-school programs, dance programs may choose one of the workshops to be delivered at no cost. Learn more.
