Nicole is a dedicated kinesiologist with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through movement. Holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University and a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma from St. Lawrence College, she brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and performance to her practice.
Registered with the College of Kinesiologists since 2016, Nicole is a proud member of the Ontario Kinesiologist Association and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Her continued education in exercise rehabilitation, cupping, and soft tissue release enables her to provide clients with a holistic approach to health.

What to Expect During Your 45-Minute Assessment
A 45-minute complimentary assessment is available for clients considering exercise rehabilitation and/or personal training. The appointment is an opportunity to discuss your health goals and discover how our kinesiologist can support your progress. The appointment includes a comprehensive movement assessment that analyzes movement patterns to assess your strengths and vulnerabilities. Please wear gym attire to the appointment and come prepared for light physical activity.
