Nick Mosco

NCarleton Place Physiotherapist Nick Moscoick graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. He continued his education by completing a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. He employs the most up-to-date research on rehabilitation strategies to create an evidence-based approach for each treatment session. He has worked with patients ranging in age from pre-adolescent to geriatric in several environments.

Nick incorporates a variety of techniques into his physiotherapy treatments, including active tissue release, manual therapy, Mulligan manual therapy techniques, cupping, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, dry needling, and progressive exercise interventions that focus on functional body movements. He offers custom knee bracing services using Bauerfeind Medical solutions. He also performs lifting technique assessments and can assist in the creation and scaling of workout routines that will strengthen muscles and prevent re-injury. Nick is a firm believer that exercise is medicine and that proper movement and strengthening are key factors in feeling better and staying pain-free.
