Grant Larson, Kinesiologist

Originally from San Diego, Grant moved to Canada in 2022 after a five-year professional baseball career, including two All-Star seasons with the Ottawa Titans. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, is a certified personal training specialist, and is working toward becoming a registered kinesiologist in the fall of 2026.

Grant believes that movement is medicine. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to prevent one, or simply hoping to move through life with less pain, his goal is to help you build strength, improve function, and avoid unnecessary surgery whenever possible.

What to Expect During Your 30-minute Assessment

A 30-minute complimentary assessment is available for clients considering exercise rehabilitation and/or personal training. The appointment is an opportunity to discuss your health goals and discover how Grant can support your progress. The appointment includes a comprehensive movement assessment that analyzes movement patterns to assess your strengths and vulnerabilities. Please wear gym attire to the appointment and come prepared for light physical activity.
