Erin is an MSW/RSW who has had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals on their wellness journeys. Life can be messy, unpredictable, and downright overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, whether that means showing up with big emotions, tough questions, or even a little dark humour (yes, it’s welcome here!).
Erin works with pre-teen/teens, adults, and couples in her counselling practice. She blends authenticity, gentleness, and evidence-based strategies to meet your unique needs. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she doesn’t believe in rigid formulas. Instead, she meets you where you are, offering support that feels relevant, practical, and (most importantly) genuine. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, ensuring a space where you feel truly seen and heard. Erin’s approach: Erin provides compassionate and evidence-based therapy that includes the use of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment theory, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy skills (DBT), emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT), grief and bereavement, mindfulness-based therapy (MBT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and other approaches.
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of your work with Erin. She strives to be the kind of therapist she would seek: real, understanding, and committed to your growth. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start; you just have to be willing to show up.
Your vulnerability isn’t a flaw; it’s a strength. And if you’re ready to take that step, Erin would be honoured to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and maybe even the occasional well-timed metaphor about life’s chaos.
Erin offers complimentary 15-minute consultations for anyone considering counselling with her. It’s a helpful first step to ensure she’s the right fit for your needs. Book online or contact us at 613-253-2112.
