Carleton Place Personal Trainer Tasha EllsWith 17 years of experience as a strength and conditioning professional, Tasha collaborates with clients to help them optimize their movement patterns to achieve their fitness goals.

She is a multifaceted trainer who combines mobility work, muscle activation techniques, and strength and conditioning exercises in her training. She designs effective programs that help clients reach their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury.

Tasha studied science at Nipissing University. She then earned her personal training certification from Canfit Pro and continued her education in physical health and fitness. Some of her continuing education credits include:

 

  • DTS Level 1
  • DTS Group Fitness
  • DTS Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting
  • CrossFit Level 1
  • CrossFit Gymnastics
  • Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Tasha has a lot of energy and likes to challenge herself. She competed in multiple figure competitions. She moved on to powerlifting and Olympic lifting, and eventually CrossFit.

Tasha works with all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced athletes. In addition to personal training, she loves coaching group fitness classes and creating a fun environment for people to thrive during their workouts.
