Squat Clinic

Many issues with feet, knees and lower back can be attributed to tight tissues, poor mobility, and/or poor squat mechanics. This 90-minute workshop is for anyone who wants to improve their squat, regardless of their current capacity.

The first part of the session includes a full-body warm-up, mobility work for the lower body, and instruction on how to perform regular soft tissue work on the feet, legs, and glutes to relieve stiff tissues before training.

This is followed by delving into the mechanics of a squat, in various forms. The use of tools (dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells), loading protocols, and methods for strength progressions will be discussed.

The Clinic concludes with flexibility work for the lower body to lengthen and strengthen.

This workshop is not currently scheduled. Sign up to receive our monthly Members Connected newsletter and follow us on FacebookX (Twitter), and Instagram for updates on future sessions.
