Strength, conditioning, and mobility experience include CrossFit (coach), Olympic weightlifting (NCCP), gymnastics foundations (NCCP), kettlebell skills (agatsu, hard style), functional range conditioning (mobility specialist), Kinstretch (FRC), and dynamic variable resistance training (shoulders, hips, knees rehab, dynamic strength and movement).

As his own training practice evolved, Rick’s focus gradually shifted to a more holistic approach to increase physical “longevity”. With a background in martial arts (karate, aikido, tai-jitsu), Rick was drawn to the holistic arts, such as yoga, qigong, and tai chi.

Areas of focus include movement restoration, mobility and stability, strength, conditioning, and natural movement practices.
