NeuroFit is a five-week specialized group exercise class designed to support individuals living with neuromuscular disorders in maintaining and improving their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Neuromuscular disorders can affect muscle strength, balance, and coordination, but regular, targeted exercises can help manage symptoms and enhance daily functioning.
Sessions are led by kinesiologist Nicole Andersen-Fair, a health care practitioner with experience in neuromuscular disorders. This class is ideal for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), ALS, or similar conditions.
The exercises are adaptable to varying levels of physical ability. Join us to improve your strength, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive and understanding community.
The class size is limited to allow for personalized guidance and ensure the safety of all participants.

About Nicole Andersen-Fair
Nicole is a dedicated kinesiologist passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through movement. Holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University and a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma from St. Lawrence College, Nicole brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and performance to her practice.
Registered with the College of Kinesiologists since 2016, Nicole is a proud member of the Ontario Kinesiologist Association and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Her continued education in exercise rehabilitation, cupping, and soft tissue release enables her to provide clients with a holistic approach to health.
With a strong belief in the transformative power of exercise, Nicole is committed to helping clients reach their full potential. Her personalized treatment plans focus on improving physical and mental health through movement.
