Foundations of Flow: The Step-Through

During this 90-minute workshop, we’ll examine:

  • the role of your wrists, shoulders, and core in the movement
  • drills and techniques to improve mobility and coordination
  • practical modifications
  • how to apply these skills in a public class setting

This workshop is open to all levels of yoga experience. It’s especially beneficial for those who want to refine their transitions and build confidence in their practice. Whether you’re new to vinyasa or looking to refine your flow, you’ll leave with actionable tools to help you step through with ease.
