Fitness Educator

From first workouts to long-term fitness success, our fitness educator, Megan, is here to support you.

Megan supports our members in three key ways:

1. Introductory Fitness Program (IFP)

Every new member receives a complimentary 45–60 minute session designed to build confidence and help you feel comfortable with our equipment. The session includes a cardio warm-up, a guided full-body workout, and a cool-down stretch. Didn’t do your IFP when you joined? No problem — you can still book one anytime. Stop by the front desk to schedule your complimentary session with Megan. Weekday, evening, and weekend times are available. If you have any injuries, mobility concerns, or physical limitations, please let our front desk staff know when booking so we can best support you during your session.

2. Next Step Program

Have you completed our Introductory Fitness Program (IFP) and ready to keep the momentum going? Our Next Step sessions are the perfect follow-up. Work one-on-one with Megan, as she guides you through structured programs designed to add variety, challenge, and fresh ideas to your workouts. Each program offers you the opportunity to learn new exercises, refine your technique, and keep your routine engaging. Choose the program that best fits your goals now, and try all three over time to keep progressing. Next Step is a chance to gain expert guidance and build confidence as you expand your fitness knowledge.

Program options:
1. Free Weights
2. Kettlebells & TRX
3. Machines

The cost for each program is $35. Weekday, evening, and weekend times are available. Email Megan to take the next step. If you have any injuries, mobility concerns, or physical limitations, please let her know when booking so she can best support you during your session.

3. Everyday Support

Spot Megan in her Staff t-shirt in the gym; she’s here to answer questions about proper form, using new equipment and accessories, or just to give you a little guidance when you need it.
