Fit for Two

Our Fit for Two workshop combines mobility, gentle strengthening exercises, and core stability to help expectant mothers feel their best while preparing for labour and recovery.

Nicole Andersen-Fair, registered kinesiologist, guides participants through safe and effective movements designed to reduce pregnancy-related discomfort and help build confidence.

All levels of fitness are welcome. This workshop is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be and prepare for the journey ahead.

Fit for Two takes place on Saturday, April 5 from 11:00am to 11:45am. The cost of the workshop is $20. Members receive a 10% discount.

About Nicole Andersen-Fair

Carleton Place Kinesiologist Nicole Andersen-FairNicole is a dedicated kinesiologist who is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through movement. Holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University and a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma from St. Lawrence College, she brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and performance to her practice.

Registered with the College of Kinesiologists since 2016, Nicole is a proud member of the Ontario Kinesiologist Association and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Her continued education in exercise rehabilitation, cupping, and soft tissue release enables her to provide clients with a holistic approach to health.

With a strong belief in the transformative power of exercise, Nicole is committed to helping clients reach their full potential. Her personalized treatment plans focus on improving physical and mental health through movement.
