Baby Bootcamp: Strength Training for Moms

Baby Bootcamp: Strength Training for Moms offers a unique opportunity for new moms to focus on their health and well-being while bonding with their little ones in a supportive and motivating environment.

Led by Kerry McCormick, the eight-week series prioritizes building muscle, improving endurance, and enhancing overall fitness levels. Moms will have the chance to use resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and other equipment to target different muscle groups and challenge themselves safely and effectively.

Please note that babies must remain in a carrier or safely secured to their moms at all times.

Baby Bootcamp runs Wednesdays from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, January 29 through March 19. The cost of the program is $270. Members receive a 10% discount.

Register in person at Heritage Fitness, by phone, with our mobile app (available for iOS and Android), and online.
