Exercise Foundations 101

Exercise Foundations 101 empowers participants by giving them the knowledge and skills to take charge of their health and fitness.

Led by personal trainer Kerry McCormick, the comprehensive four-week program is designed to address the common struggles individuals face when it comes to creating and evolving their exercise routines.

By the end of the series, attendees will have a solid understanding of exercise fundamentals, effective warm-up and cool-down techniques, proper use of machines and equipment, and how to design their own exercise programs.

Our next Exercise Foundations 101 program runs on Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, September 25 through October 16. The cost of the full four-week program is $150. Heritage members receive a 10% discount.

Book in person at Heritage Community Fitness, by phone at 613-253-2112, with our mobile app, or online.
