Teen Thrive: Fitness & Self-Discovery is a transformative eight-week program designed to empower teenage girls by combining fitness with essential life skills and personal growth.
Led by Kerry McCormick, the program’s mission is to help participants cultivate a strong sense of self, resilience, and confidence as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. Teen Thrive: Fitness & Self-Discovery is more than just a fitness program; it’s a holistic approach to empowering teen girls to thrive in all areas of their lives.
By blending physical health with emotional and personal growth, we aim to inspire participants to unleash their full potential and embrace their unique journeys. Join us in this exciting adventure of self-discovery, strength, and empowerment.
Program Highlights
Dynamic Workouts: Engage in a variety of physical activities, including strength training, cardio workouts, and team challenges. These sessions not only promote physical health but also foster a sense of accomplishment and teamwork.
Holistic Development: The program emphasizes personal exploration and emotional well-being. Participants will engage in discussions about self-esteem, body image, and resilience, allowing them to connect with their inner strengths and define their unique identities.
Nutrition and Wellness: Discussions on nutrition and stress management provide valuable insights into healthy lifestyle choices. Participants will learn practical tips for maintaining a balanced diet and managing stress effectively, contributing to their overall well-being.
Goal-Setting and Leadership Skills: Teen Thrive encourages girls to set personal goals and develop leadership skills through interactive activities. Participants will learn how to articulate their aspirations, overcome obstacles, and support one another in achieving their dreams.
Community and Support: By fostering a supportive environment, Teen Thrive creates a sense of community among participants. Girls will have the opportunity to share their experiences, celebrate their successes, and build lasting friendships.
Teen Thrive: Fitness & Self-Discovery runs Wednesdays from 5:000pm to 6:00pm, May 14 through July 2. The cost of the program is $200. Members receive a 10% discount.

About Kerry McCormick
Kerry is a health coach, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. Her approach to health is holistic; encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual elements.
Her education and experience have allowed Kerry to work with youth, seniors, and law enforcement in addition to personal training with clients one-on-one and leading group fitness classes. Her enthusiasm for health and fitness has taken her to Bali where she earned her vinyasa yoga certification and to Mexico where she led group fitness classes and worked as a personal trainer for five years. Kerry is an advocate for healthy living as a way for people to make positive changes in their life and improve well-being.
