Sarah earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2011 and completed her advanced diploma in massage therapy from Algonquin College in 2016. Through her experiences in the healthcare profession, she has gained an understanding of the human body and the mind-body connection. As no two clients are the same, she customizes her treatments and remedial exercises for each client through assessment and education. Sarah treats a variety of conditions, including nerve impingement, piriformis syndrome, and low back pain. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and activity levels. She continues to advance her practice with the additions of cupping therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling.
Working together with the collaborative team, Sarah aims to create the best treatment plan for her clients and ensures her practice is a client-focused one. When it comes to treatment goals, you’ll be in good hands with Sarah — she always has your back.
