Lindsay studied Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and earned her Master of Physical Therapy credentials at Western University. She also has experience working with Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and McKenzie-based therapists. She is certified to provide external and internal pelvic floor therapy. Lindsay takes an evidence-based approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, and one-to-one education with her clients. She works with patients of all ages but has a special interest in paediatric physiotherapy – working with youth experiencing developmental delays and neurological disorders. She offers her services in English and French.
Multiple injuries in her lifetime have given Lindsay insight into what it’s like to be a physiotherapy patient. She believes in the power of physiotherapy to treat musculoskeletal conditions because she experienced first-hand the benefits of an evidence-based approach to healing.
Lindsay offers concussion management, exercise rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, physiotherapy, and paediatric physiotherapy at our Collaborative Care Centre. Contact us to book an appointment with Lindsay.
