Kathryn is a registered massage therapist with a unique interdisciplinary background spanning manual therapy, counselling psychology, and veterinary medicine. She combines thoughtful clinical assessment with evidence-informed treatment to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, and better understand their bodies.
Kathryn believes that understanding your body is just as important as treating it. She enjoys helping clients make sense of persistent pain, movement patterns, and tension, empowering them to become active participants in their recovery. Her approach emphasizes curiosity, education, and collaboration, creating space for clients to reconnect with their bodies and build confidence in their own healing process.
Her treatments are individualized to each client’s goals and may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, Active Release Techniques® (ART®), movement education, and personalized home care strategies to support meaningful, lasting change. Kathryn enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, including those experiencing chronic pain, sports and overuse injuries, postural concerns, headaches, and stress-related tension.
Committed to lifelong learning, Kathryn is currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and will begin biodynamic craniosacral therapy training in autumn 2026. Her long-term vision is to integrate manual therapy, nervous system-informed care, and counselling to support whole-person well-being.
