Fascial Stretch Therapy

Your body is a complex network of tissues, and fascia, a web-like connective tissue, plays a crucial role in keeping everything functioning smoothly. Fascia surrounds your muscles, organs, and bones, providing support and structure.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a manual therapy technique that targets fascial restrictions. Specially trained therapists apply sustained pressure and gentle movements to help release tension and improve mobility in the fascia.

Conditions We Treat

    • postural imbalances
    • range of motion limitations
    • musculoskeletal pain and discomfort
    • progressive neurological disorders
    • circulation and joint health conditions
    • sleep disorders
    • gastrointestinal conditions
    • nervous system dysregulation
    • …and more

FST sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. Your therapist will need to move you into different positions during the session. Wearing loose-fitting clothing allows for greater freedom of movement, ensuring a more effective and comfortable experience.

RMT appointments can be made in person at Heritage Fitnessby phone, online, with our mobile app (available for iOS and Android), and online.
