Nutrition: One in-depth consultation and one 45-minute follow-up with our certified holistic nutritionist
Individualized dietary counselling with a nutritionist teaches you the foundations of healthy nutrition so that you can apply that knowledge in a way that fits your lifestyle and is sustainable.
A consultation allows you to review your current diet and dietary goals to determine areas for improvement. Discussions regarding present challenges, goals, lifestyle, medical history, and schedule will be explored in more detail.
Working with a professional nutritionist helps address misconceptions about nutrition and dietary trends with accurate and actionable information.
Personal Training: Five 60-minute one-on-one training sessions with a certified personal trainer
Personal training is more than exercise; together with your trainer, you focus on all aspects of your lifestyle to ensure you are getting the most out of the time you dedicate to fitness.
A personal trainer will customize a fitness plan specific to your goals and existing fitness level. By creating a long-term fitness plan that evolves as you progress, you ensure that you are creating positive habits and maintaining mental and physical wellness.
Counselling: Two 60-minute sessions with one of our counsellors
You don’t need to be in a crisis or have experienced a traumatic event to talk to a counsellor. Having a safe space to talk about what matters most to you can be transformational. Through counselling, you can develop a greater sense of self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve relationships, and pursue your goals and aspirations.
