Breathwork is a simple but powerful way to support your nervous system and reconnect with your body. You’ll be introduced to gentle breathing patterns designed to help release tension, settle the mind, and invite the body towards a more present state.
Led by Bobbi McDougall, this 60-minute guided class is designed to be accessible and welcoming for anyone who is breath-curious or new to breathwork. This is not about forcing emotional breakthroughs. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften, listen, release, and shift.
Bobbi offers trauma-informed movement classes & breathwork, rooted in nervous system safety, somatic awareness, and choice. Her sessions are intentionally paced and clearly guided, supporting clients in reconnecting with their bodies without overwhelm or pressure—designed to meet you where you are, not push you somewhere you’re not ready to go.
Who this is for
This class is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or curious about what your body has been holding — and you want a gentle, supportive way to reconnect. This is not a high-intensity or journeying-styled breathwork experience. We move slowly and respectfully, with your unique individual nervous system leading.
