Shoulders & Spine Workshop

Do you experience tight shoulders or upper-back tension or find it difficult—or painful—to lift your arms overhead? Do you want to move more freely or get more from your strength or cardio training?

Join Rick Boisvert for a focused one-hour workshop designed to unlock mobility and flexibility in the spine and shoulders. You’ll learn practical exercises that ease pain, improve movement patterns, and boost performance. It is the equivalent of releasing the hand brake on your automobile!

The goal: to share simple exercises you can integrate into your routine for lasting improvements and pain-free movement.

This workshop is ideally suited for active individuals without major joint issues.

Our Shoulders & Spine Workshop takes place on Thursday, October 23 from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. The class size is limited to allow for one-on-one guidance. The cost of the session is $25. Heritage members receive a 10% discount.

Book in person at Heritage Community Fitness, by phone at 613-253-2112, with our mobile app, or online.
