Group Fitness Class Description

Cardio Mix
Be prepared to move! This high energy class could include hi/lo aerobics, step, sculpting, or ball. You may not know what to expect, but a great workout is guaranteed.

Cardio Strength
Target all the major fitness zones in this multi level, combination class. An energizing cardiovascular workout leads into muscle sculpting moves to improve your strength and endurance. Flexibility is increased in the final 10 minute stretch. This is a great way to get a complete workout in only 60 minutes!

Gentle Fit
This class has easy to follow movement combinations that allow you to work at your own pace. Many modifications are provided making it perfect for anyone who is new to fitness classes, has recovered from an injury, or is looking for a more gentle approach to group training.

Interval Pump

This class is created for participants who want an effective athletic workout. You will move through a variety of functional total-body exercises to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, and endurance. Constant motivation from the Instructor will keep you energized, and a relaxing stretch for increased flexibility will round out this workout.


Pilates
A wonderful way to train your body that will build core strength, increase body awareness, and give you long lean muscles. This is a mat based class that is suitable for beginner and intermediate fitness levels

Simple Spin & Stretch
This is a less intense version of our Spin Ride class. If you are looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness without the impact of traditional aerobics and work on flexibility while learning specific stretching techniques, this may be the perfect class for you!

Spin Ride
You will travel miles without ever leaving the room. Work your legs, increase your endurance, and get your heart racing with this energetic, no impact indoor cycling class that will inspire you to ride!

Tone Up
You will target every muscle group in this head to toe approach to group strength training. The benefits of toning your body go beyond strong muscles; you will increase your energy, improve your posture, and help protect yourself from injury. You choose how heavy you lift, so you are always working at the right level!

Yoga
For years people have been practicing this all encompassing form of fitness. Experience the benefits of stretching and strengthening through a series of poses that encourage a connection with mind, body and breath. Gentle, yet challenging, this class will improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and give you a greater sense of balance. All levels of experience welcome!

Zumba®
Get moving in this Latin-dance inspired aerobic workout! Great music, new moves, and tons of fun . . . add something different to your workout routine!
