Group Fitness Class Descriptions:
Be prepared to move! This high energy class could include hi/lo aerobics, step, sculpting, or ball. You may not know what to expect, but a great workout is guaranteed.
Target all the major fitness zones in this multi-level combination class. An energizing cardiovascular workout leads into muscle sculpting moves to improve your strength and endurance. Flexibility is increased in the final 10 minute stretch. This is a great way to get a complete workout in only 60 minutes!
This class provides an effective athletic workout without the standard class choreography. You will move through a variety of total-body exercises to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, and endurance. Constant motivation will keep you energized with a relaxing stretch to increase flexibility.
A wonderful way to train your body that will build core strength, increase body awareness, and give you long, lean muscles. This is a mat-based class that is suitable for beginner and intermediate fitness levels.
You will travel miles without ever leaving the room. Work your legs, increase your endurance, and get your heart racing with this energetic, no impact indoor cycling class that will inspire you to ride!
You will target every muscle group in this head to toe approach to group strength training. The benefits of toning your body go beyond strong muscles; you will increase your energy, improve your posture, and help protect yourself from injury. You choose how heavy you lift to ensure you are always working at the right level!
For years people have been practicing this all-encompassing form of fitness. Experience the benefits of stretching and strengthening through a series of poses that encourage a connection with mind, body and breath. This class will improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and give you a greater sense of balance.
A total body workout! This class offers many different types of cardiovascular exercises, including circuits, plyometrics, kickboxing, hi/lo aerobics, step, and intervals. Be prepared to work upper and lower body!
A fast-paced class sure to get your heart pumping! After only a few classes, beginners will become familiar with terminology and movement patterns to get the full benefits of this amazing workout – all levels are welcome. You choose the height of your step, so you can work at the right level and intensity!
Get moving in this Latin-dance inspired aerobic workout! Great music, new moves, and tons of fun . . . add something different to your workout routine!
